Who am I?

A father and a seasoned investor with over $10 million in property portfolios around Australia, I started my life as an international student with humble beginnings and long-term goals. I started investing in real estate in 2009, during the GFC.

It was difficult, working two jobs with little freedom and an uncertain future.

I desired a different life where I could pursue my interests and spend more time with my loved ones.

I don’t want to be rich, but I do want a flexible lifestyle where I can use my passive income to pay my bills.

That dream came true when, in 2021, I reached my goal of generating passive income from real estate investments and launched CashFlow Properties, where I instruct regular Australians on how to do the same.

My Real-Life Property Investing Experience

When I initially began investing in real estate, I attended seminars to learn essential strategies. In 2008, I started working two jobs, one during the day and one at night, to save $70,000 for my first home.

But, no one showed me how to keep buying investments until I was financially independent.

So, I’ve stuck to my own strategy, which relies on a data-driven approach to continue amassing properties.

Every investment property I’ve bought has incentivised me to buy the next one.

None of my investment homes has ever been sold!
